Job Summary

Our company, Dassault Systèmes, offers a Business Experience Platform that provides software solutions to various organizations, enabling the creation of differentiated consumer experiences through value creation processes. With a user-friendly interface, we enhance industrial solution experiences based on intelligence software for 3D design, analysis, simulation, and collaboration dialogue environments. Our platform is available in-house, public cloud, and private cloud.

As a Sales (Direct/Partner Sales) professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through direct sales or partner sales channels. Your primary focus will be on:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for assigned accounts or partner companies
  • Achieving annual sales targets
  • Building and leading project teams to achieve continuous profit plans
  • Managing accurate quarterly and annual forecasts based on pipeline management
  • Understanding and addressing business situations within the framework of our sales process and business transformation
  • Managing annual license contracts

Qualifications

External

Required

  • At least 3 years of sales experience
  • Direct sales experience (for direct sales preference)
  • Partner sales experience (for partner sales preference)
  • Ability to establish trust with complex customers
  • Ability to strengthen relationships with internal resources and customers through persuasion and influence
  • Strong motivation and mentoring skills to convey a compelling vision to project teams
  • Basic English skills

Desirable

  • Experience in the automotive, high-tech industry, or other manufacturing industries
  • Knowledge of PLM or software
  • Global project experience
