We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our municipal garage operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the vehicle fleet, coordinating maintenance schedules, overseeing vehicle procurement and disposal, and engaging with suppliers. Your duties will also encompass advising on vehicle renewals, managing budgets, and directing public procurement processes for vehicles, fuel, and spare parts.

  • Offer guidance and support during vehicle renewal processes
  • Lead and mentor the operational team
  • Formulate and oversee the budget
  • Draft and manage public procurement contracts for vehicles, fuel, and spare parts
  • Oversee and regulate transportation activities

Qualifications:

  • Advanced education in mechanics or fleet management
  • Possession of a valid driving license
  • Proficient knowledge of vehicle types, diagnostic methods, and inventory control
  • Familiarity with technical inspection and safety standards
  • Understanding of public financial management and procurement protocols
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management abilities
