The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of approximately 200 established professional clients. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and fostering loyalty through tailored guidance and meticulous contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Provide personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address any disputes, engage in contract renegotiations, and promote additional service offerings.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel regularly within the assigned geographic region to maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrate prior experience in managing customer relationships effectively.
