As a Sales Director for Agricultural Machinery Export at LeaderIA, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's international growth. With a focus on 20 countries, including Germany, your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead our export sales channels.
Your Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to grow export sales revenue in target markets.
- Lead and manage a network of importers and dealers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Coach and train the sales network, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Promote trade terms and ensure their effective implementation in your area.
- Recommend customized solutions to meet clients' demands.
- Collaborate with the aftersales service team to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Support the development of new products and pre-series, providing valuable feedback.
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
- A degree in agricultural machinery, mechanics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably in agricultural or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, indirect client management, and agricultural business knowledge.
- International experience, ideally as a salesperson, with proficiency in English and German.
- Strong leadership, adaptability, and intercultural awareness skills.
