Javelot is a leading company in the agricultural sector, dedicated to the digital transformation of post-harvest management. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to assist our customers in deploying and mastering our grain storing solution.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the integration process of new clients
- Coordinate the installation of Javelot solutions at customer sites
- Analyze performance and provide guidance to customers on best practices
- Develop and execute a strategy for customer loyalty and business growth
- Gather customer feedback to enhance Javelot solutions
- Ensure timely reporting and implementation of action plans
- Develop recommendations for adapting the Javelot product for the German market
Requirements:
- Fluent German and English
- Previous experience in an international context
- Strong listening skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Proficient organizational skills, with adeptness in project management
- Effective communication skills, capable of disseminating information to diverse stakeholders
- Agricultural background is a plus
- Fluency in French is a plus
