Strategic HR Business Partner for Multinational FMCG Company

Equinox HR Solutions is seeking a seasoned HRBP Senior to join our team in the French plant, located in the East of the Lyon metropolitan area. This strategic role acts as a bridge between Human Resources and Business Units, ensuring that talent strategies are aligned with organizational goals.
Mission Overview:
The Plant HRBP Senior has a pivotal role in Labor Relations and Union negotiations, guaranteeing a harmonious and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Labor Relations:
• Develop and maintain constructive relationships with union representatives and other key stakeholders.
• Manage labor conflicts and resolve disputes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. - Union Negotiations:
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations with unions, including the preparation and presentation of proposals.
• Collaborate with company leaders to develop negotiation strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Monitor and analyze labor and union trends to anticipate and mitigate potential conflicts. - Talent Strategy:
• Work with organizational leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee performance management and professional development of employees.
• Facilitate organizational change and support cultural development initiatives.
• Control headcount of the plant, planning workforce effectively. - Recruitment:
• Ensure recruitment processes meet the needs of the plant.
• Develop employer branding campaigns aligned with headquarters' actions.
Candidate Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar position within multinational companies, preferably in the FMCG sector, with a focus on production environments.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and experience with HR systems and tools.
- Academic background: University degree in Labour Law, law, business, or similar. A Master's degree is valuable.
- High level of English proficiency.

- Strategic vision to understand business needs.
- Previous experience in an industrial company.
- Data-oriented mindset.
- Extensive knowledge of French labor law.
- Experience working with Workday environment.
Benefits:
This full-time position offers a permanent contract with a competitive package, including a fixed salary and bonus opportunities. The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
