Energies de Loire is an independent photovoltaic developer, present throughout the entire value chain (development, construction, financing, production, maintenance) to meet the needs of farmers, businesses, and public institutions. As a leader in medium-power PV roofing (100-500Kwc) in the Ligérien region, we have been awarded the 3rd Bpifrance Accelerator for the Energy Transition. Our goal is to install nearly 200MW by the end of 2025 in the Pays de la Loire and Brittany regions.
We stand out for our values, territorial anchorage, short decision-making circuits, pragmatism, and agility. We currently employ 95 people across our two agencies, one in Candé (49) and the other in La Baule (44).

Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Photovoltaic Business Development Manager to participate in the conquest of the industrial market on our historical territory in Maine and Loire (49), as well as in the Sarthe (72) and Mayenne (53) departments.
As a Photovoltaic Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing photovoltaic projects for a clientele of SMEs and ETIs. You may also work on certain projects with public institutions.
Your daily missions will be:
Respond to incoming requests, qualify projects, and build a response tailored to the needs and in line with the company's strategy.
Develop and defend your offer until project signature.
Ensure smooth and efficient transmission with our development and construction services.
Build and develop your client portfolio, including industrial, artisanal, commercial, and business leaders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Expand your network on the assigned territory (construction partners, banks, institutions, etc.).
Develop our offer to best meet client expectations and regulatory and material evolutions.
Represent the company at commercial events and networks.
Update and maintain the CRM to ensure precise and detailed tracking of clients and prospects.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions within ENR actors, energy efficiency, CEE, or industry services. You should have knowledge of electricity and the energy market, allowing you to work with industrial clients (SMEs/ETIs) and certain public institutions. You should be comfortable with business plans and the sales cycle, as well as commercial negotiation. Your project management skills will enable you to engage internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.

Fixed salary: 37/43 K€ + commissions on sales.
