The Role
We're seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account. Your mission will be to understand their use cases, success metrics, and monitor their project success. You will also be responsible for creating, driving, and increasing revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio.
Your Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level, Executive Management, and various stakeholders within each account. • Create, drive, and increase revenue within a dedicated accounts portfolio. • Develop account management plan for upsell and retention strategy. • Generate leads and chase qualified business opportunities. • Suggest innovative solutions to meet customer needs. • Own the sales cycle from pipeline building to forecasting and deal-closing. • Coordinate customers testimonials and references to feed new business and sales processes.
Requirements
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager who has a proven history of closing deals. You should have significant experience in an Account Management role selling SaaS solutions with a customer-oriented approach. You should also have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, be a deal-closer, and have dynamic, curious, creative, and self-driven personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal Business Development, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM, to win a deal. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) is also required.
