Position: Customer Success Manager

- Oversee and nurture a portfolio of established industrial clients
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while effectively addressing client requirements
- Deliver tailored guidance to clients to uphold satisfaction levels
- Manage conflicts and renegotiate contracts as necessary
- Provide reports on sales performance and activities
- Enhance the existing portfolio through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with the Logistics department to meet operational demands
- Contribute to the optimization of group contracts
Location: Department du 02, within a 80km radius of Saint-Quentin
Client Portfolio: Approximately 80 B2B clients generating an annual revenue of around 4M€
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 8-10 years of experience in client management
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
- Capability to perform under pressure and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Opportunities for professional growth within the organization
