Nous recherchons un Commercial Key Account Manager pour intégrer nos bureaux lillois et contribuer au lancement d'une nouvelle solution de recrutement.
Vous serez chargé de développer une stratégie de conquête et de chasser des prospects pour transformer les leads générés par le marché. Vous devrez également animer des apporteurs d'affaires et argumenter, négocier et clore les deals.
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour coordonner les actions de paramétrage, de déploiement et de formation avec les clients et les CSM. Vous devrez également suivre et accompagner les clients régulièrement pour anticiper et renouveler les abonnements.
Nous offrons une équipe motivée, soudée et soutenue par des managers investis. Vous bénéficierez d'un package de rémunération attractif avec bonus non plafonnés, ainsi que d'une formation complète et d'un management de proximité.
Qualifications
Vous devez avoir une formation supérieure commerciale et une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la vente de logiciels auprès d'une clientèle B to B. Vous devez également avoir une affinité pour les nouvelles technologies et le monde des Ressources Humaines.
