About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our business in South- and West Europe, including all French speaking markets. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in French speaking markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus)
  • Relevant education in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Retail/DIY business in French speaking markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
