About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Pluxee. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving our business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors
- Manage and lead complex strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions and partnerships
- Develop and manage financial models, business cases, and scenarios to support business decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
- Master's degree and/or MBA from a top business or engineering school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a related industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience working with complex financial models
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent spoken and written English required, with proficiency in additional languages a plus
