Sales Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Dataiku team, dedicated to pioneering the future of AI.
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in qualifying deals, conducting discovery meetings, and articulating the business value of Dataiku's platform to our customers.
- Qualify deals through collaboration with the Account Executive (AE), Business Development Representative (BDR), and sales management.
- Conduct discovery meetings to learn from customers and BDRs about business requirements and technical environments.
- Articulate usage scenarios that illustrate business value desired by customers.
- Design and create Dataiku demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept (POC), and evaluations to showcase business value.
- Execute demonstrations, POCs, and evaluations through coordination with Dataiku and customer resources.
- Create technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on demonstrated or evaluated solutions.
- Assist in sales pipeline building activities, including trade-shows, industry conferences, and campaign design.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical pre-sales, preferably in a high-growth environment.
- Value-oriented selling of product and platform solutions.
- Familiarity with data storage and computing infrastructure.
- Comfortability talking to all levels of customer teams.
- Experience in Analytics/AI or enterprise software.
- Leadership and influence in fast-paced, growing companies.
