Key Account Manager Role Overview

The SIMULIA Key Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives in their assigned territory. This involves end-to-end customer engagements, from lead generation to closure, in compliance with the DS Sales process referential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Sell 3DS value and strategic vision by promoting the Brand Promise and Industry Fundamentals to customers.
  • Leverage the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform as the primary channel for client relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities and deliverables.
  • Sell assigned offers within a defined territory, performing end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS Referential.
  • Manage negotiations with customers, adhering to 3DS engagement processes, government regulations, and DS policies.
  • Define a successful sales strategy to hit revenue targets and sustain growth objectives, leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands.
  • Generate growth in assigned territory based on Industry Market Analysis.
  • Transform Marketing and Sales leads into Opportunities.
  • Orchestrate 3DS responses to Request For Proposal (RFP).
  • Build and develop trusted relationships at executive levels and within client organizations to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
  • Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise.
  • Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned, including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, and Loss reviews.
  • Use and fulfill DS CRM according to corporate guidance, ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering and simulation software sales.
