About the Role

Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a Sales Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance of our cluster.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders.
  2. Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Work with HOB to improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement.
  5. Team Performance: Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams.
  6. Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance to team managers to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office apps, specifically Word and Excel.
  3. Language: Fluency in English written and spoken.
  4. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  5. Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  7. Presentation Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
