About the Role
Capijobnew is seeking a highly skilled Sales Cluster Manager to join our team. As a Sales Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and performance of our cluster.
Main Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Analyze and present performance and forecast figures to stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Design, implement, and coordinate sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and manage various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Efficiency: Work with HOB to improve operational efficiency by identifying areas for process improvement.
- Team Performance: Monitor and develop the performance of operational teams.
- Guidance and Coaching: Provide guidance to team managers to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office apps, specifically Word and Excel.
- Language: Fluency in English written and spoken.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Math and Analytical Skills: Strong math and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
