Job Title: Lead Partnerships Business Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Partnerships Business Developer to join our team at Qonto. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with major companies in the tech industry to enhance Qonto's market presence and client engagement in the French market.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that each partnership aligns perfectly with our strategic goals and contributes significantly to our growth.
  • Manage a team of 2 talents and report directly to Romain, our Lead Partnerships France.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer experience, business models, and marketing.
  • Lead and manage your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Negotiate and launch new partnerships, ensuring alignment with Qonto's values and goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to achieve partnership goals, including product, marketing, and acquisition teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in developing successful strategic partnerships in the fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across business functions.
  • Exceptional ability to articulate and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
  • Strong capability in using data to drive decisions and improve partnership outcomes.
  • Prioritize customer needs and experience in every business goal.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
