Freelance Sales Specialist for Reboom's Growth

We're seeking a highly skilled Freelance Sales Specialist to join our team at Reboom. As a key player in our sales and marketing strategy, you'll be instrumental in driving growth through proactive prospecting and customer acquisition.
Your primary objectives will include:
- Developing a robust prospect base through independent outbound prospecting, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn automation and leveraging our existing prospect database.
- Qualifying prospects by identifying their needs and how they align with Reboom's offerings.
- Conducting demonstrations to enhance conversion rates.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Implementing effective outbound prospecting strategies.
- Qualifying potential clients against our Ideal Customer Profile.
- Executing product demonstrations to improve conversion chances.
- Finalizing sales and onboarding clients efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Contributing to the refinement of our sales processes.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve personal and collective goals.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A background in sales.
- Strong SEO knowledge.
- Full proficiency in English (our supported language).
- Organizational and process-driven skills.
- Results-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role and proficiency in lead generation tools.
This is a freelance contract with the flexibility of remote work. You'll enjoy a rewarding commission structure: 25% commission on sales made at closing and during the first year of the contract. With current statistics suggesting uncapped earnings >5k/month, your earning potential is significant.
