Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners and customers in the Rhône-Alpes Territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  5. Provide sales training and support to partners and customers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Axis solutions effectively.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with key partners and customers.
  7. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Axis solutions and products to effectively communicate their value and benefits to partners and customers.
  8. Work closely with the sales engineering team to ensure that partners and customers have access to the necessary technical support and resources to implement Axis solutions successfully.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance and progress against targets, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and innovations to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced user of MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
