About the Role

RoomRaccoon is a pioneering property management platform revolutionizing the French hospitality landscape. We empower independent hotels with cutting-edge technology solutions, driving their success and shaping the future of hospitality.

We are seeking individuals to:

  • Empower Independent Hotels: Leverage RoomRaccoon's innovative technology to drive success stories in the hospitality industry.
  • Shape the Future of Hospitality: Contribute to the development and implementation of solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Establish and nurture partnerships with independent hoteliers, gaining insights from their unique experiences.
  • Challenge and Innovate: Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, customizing solutions to drive operational excellence and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Follow up on demonstration requests and other marketing-qualified leads.
  • Full sales cycle management.
  • Identify prospect decision-makers, uncover critical business issues, and stimulate interest.
  • Schedule demonstrations while making and tracking activities.
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Implementations upon closing.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity.
  • Enrich Inbound marketing activities with local market and cultural insights.
  • Stay current on industry issues and trends.
  • May be required to prospect in-person locally and/or travel.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Language: French
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or technology sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the hospitality industry, especially independent hotel operations.
