As a vital member of the Global Talent team, you will take charge of Quantis Group's learning and development strategy, ensuring its effective execution at the branch level. Collaborating closely with HR colleagues across branches and the L&D team at BCG, our parent organization, you will foster the growth and development of Quantisians through the continuous enhancement of L&D programs and initiatives.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE?

  • You possess a strong passion for learning and development, eager to apply your HR expertise towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
  • You are an experienced, inquisitive, and driven HR professional with over 6 years of experience in L&D, training, or a related role, ideally within a professional services context.
  • You have a successful history of designing and executing effective training programs (including on-the-job training, classroom sessions, virtual workshops, etc.), particularly during organizational transformations. Experience in managing outsourced L&D vendors is a plus.
  • You demonstrate exceptional communication and engagement abilities , adept at interacting with senior stakeholders and collaborating across various functions.
  • You are comfortable challenging existing ideas and enjoy proposing enhancements and innovative concepts.
  • You operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-management.
  • You excel at planning, prioritizing, and managing time and projects efficiently.
  • You can navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • You possess full fluency in English, with proficiency in another language (such as French, German, or Italian) being advantageous.
  • You thrive in international environments and enjoy collaborating with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.

AS OUR GLOBAL L&D MANAGER, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading the formulation of the global L&D strategy in close partnership with the Group Talent & Operations Lead, HR Business Partners in branches, and the BCG L&D team.
  • Ensuring alignment with the leadership team regarding business needs and priorities, in accordance with the talent strategy and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Assessing L&D requirements, proposing new L&D initiatives, and designing tailored training solutions to ensure the upskilling of Quantisians in line with evolving competencies during a company transformation.
  • Supporting the rollout of training programs at the branch level and developing individual training plans as necessary.
  • Overseeing the global onboarding program and ensuring its effective implementation on a regular basis.
  • Coordinating with potential vendors or third parties to manage all outsourced L&D activities.
  • Establishing and monitoring relevant L&D metrics to evaluate the quality and success of training programs, reporting to the leadership team, and suggesting improvements when needed.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends to continually challenge the current offerings.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  • This role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
  • Frequent collaboration with all Quantis branches via web-conferences.
