Join FINAIA, a French consulting and engineering company in full growth, focused on international projects covering various fields of development engineering such as economy and public management, energy and infrastructure, businesses and industry, environment, education, agriculture, and health.

You will join a dynamic team as a Contract Account Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing a portfolio of contracts in collaboration with the technical manager at the headquarters and the project manager on site.
  • Centralizing, controlling, and recording financial statements from sites (cash, bank, euros, dollars, or local currencies).
  • Controlling and paying consultant invoices.
  • Administrative and financial follow-up of contract activities to collect and control documents for billing.
  • Establishing contract billing to clients, mainly international.
  • Following project accounting.
  • Participating in year-end accounts closure works.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree + 2 (accounting, management).
  • Good level of English.
  • First experience required, preferably in an international services company.
  • Familiarity with computer tools (Sage would be a plus).
