About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Services Europe SARL, succursale Française. As a key member of our Marketplace team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with third-party sellers in France and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support companies in their launch on Amazon.fr by identifying and prospecting potential sellers, approaching them, and educating them on the benefits of selling on Amazon.fr.
  • Build trusting relationships with partner sellers and support them in developing their business on Amazon.
  • Work with partner sellers on key Account Management levers (selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, brand management, etc.) to maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy.
  • Be proactive and manage improvement projects such as new tools or processes. Develop new skills by working on cross-functional projects in an international environment.
  • Achieve the objectives of launching new businesses on Amazon.fr and support third-party sellers in growing their revenue.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education).
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector.
  • Excellent level of French and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment, good management of complexity.
  • Ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts.
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting.
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions.
