Position Overview
The Director, Named Accounts Sales, France leads the team responsible for driving revenue growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in France and Belgium in both AECO and Manufacturing Industries. You will report to the Sr. Director of Named Accounts Sales, Europe South / West and manage a team of experienced sales executives. You will be accountable for business results. This engaged management role provides direction on account strategy, direct exposure on customer executive relationship, sales management to achieve our goals and exceed business objectives. To qualify for this role, you will be a strategic sales leader who can inspire experienced sales teams with high targets.
This position will be hybrid.
Responsibilities
Achieve assigned financial targets by guiding team to expand and develop existing named accounts through a direct sales model.
Engage and inspire team members to look at near and long term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.
Provide guidance on customer-facing account planning and industry account plans and coach direct reports to improve their plans including customer ROI, political agreement/executive support, risk identification/mitigation and understanding of ADSK strategy.
Deliver accurate forecast of the business. Have in-depth grasp of the business to facilitate weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
Provide regular customer feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams to help identify product strengths and areas of improvement; work together with the extended team.
Establish relationships with finance, sales operations, and legal to stay abreast of things such as financial reporting, deal development, discount approvals, business models, contract negotiations.
Coordinate, influence, and orchestrate all of the appropriate resources for account and opportunity development. Lead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching talent, team culture and performance management.
Improve sales of the entire ADSK solution to end customers, including Software, Subscription, Consulting and Support.
Provide input to senior management on Strategic Planning for named accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience leading teams that sell enterprise software with subscription and consumption-based business models.
Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries—globally and in Europe.
Understand Autodesk technologies and articulate their benefits to customers to maximize sales results.
5 years of Experience influencing without authority, promoting agreement on other teams.
5 years of Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
