Job Description:
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales revenue goals. The team focuses on accounts with 2,000+ full-time employees. Account Executives are responsible for daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading the team to achieve individual and team quota
  • Mentoring and developing sales team members
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings
  • Reporting on sales activity and forecast to the head of EMEA
  • Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
  • Celebrating and learning from successes and setbacks

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales team
  • Proven experience in working in an indirect sales model
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proven ability to successfully hire and train new sales representatives
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
