**New Business Development Manager EMEA - Global Advertising Partnerships Responsibilities**:
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals within the various partner ecosystems that drive incremental revenue growth in core business
- Demonstrate fluency in the most complex legal and business issues in contracts and develop creative win-win solutions with our partners
- Set up tests and pilots for new ecosystem bets with a clear learning agenda and strong project management to test, learn and scale pilots in a data-driven way
- Analyse and research markets and ecosystem trends independently, and synthesize recommendations into actionable ecosystems development plans to help unlock the next sizeable revenue opportunities for our partners and Meta
- Be agile and execute across a broad range of products including video, ads, mobile, data, platforms, commerce, etc.
- Lead cross-functional internal alignment to drive decision making in the deal process
- Collaborate proactively with a broad range of internal constituents to help define go-to-market strategy and drive sign-off from internal leadership
- Represent Meta in meetings with senior executives from our partner / potential partner companies
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 6+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or business strategy in an internet or technology environment
- Experience and proven track record of closing strategic software, services, data, licensing or measurement deals, including comfort with the legal aspects of negotiations
- Experience analysing data and deriving actionable business insights
- Ability to learn quickly about new technologies and distill information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively in a complex matrix org
- Bachelor Degree
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment
- Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside of Meta
- Facility for identifying key strategic concerns quickly and driving internal stakeholders to a consensus
- Familiarity with advertising or e-commerce platforms businesses
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly about new technologies
