**Job description**:
As an Incident Manager at Doctolib, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our healthcare platform by **upkeeping and smoothing the** incidents management process. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of various teams to minimize the impact of incidents on our users and clients and for communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and resolution.

**Your responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Coordinating incident response efforts across different teams, including IT, engineering, and customer support
- Documenting and reporting on incidents to management
- The position includes overseeing all aspects of the incident management process, from evaluation to resolution _(tooling included)._
- Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of incident status and resolution

**What you'll do**:

- Raising the bar of the learning phase of the Incident. Making sure we get everything during the incident to take the appropriate actions afterward (Post-Mortem Actions, Learning Session)
- Generation of ad-hoc incident reports as necessary
- Updating escalation procedures and training manuals as required
- Communication on corporate issues with global incident managers

- You have effective communication skills, both oral and written
- You can communicate with both Engineering and business partners at various management levels
- You are capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure during critical incidents
- You have previous Incident and Problem Management Experience
