Lightspeed is seeking an Account Management Team Lead for**_ the FR region_**.
Reporting to the **Regional Manager** and **Functional AM manager**, you will be responsible for leading a team of AMs to reach their goals, and driving initiatives. Lightspeed's AM's are responsible for achieving revenue growth (added MRR) and maintaining Net Retention Rate by expanding and maintaining existing businesses and as Team Lead, you will drive execution in the AM team.
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through training and continuous coaching including but not limited to guidance, support, call evaluations and performance check-ins
- Conducting bi-weekly meetings and quarterly performance reviews.
- Training new hires on processes, sales skills, and technical knowledge
- Collaborating and maintaining communications with Team Leads / Managers from other departments
- Report on pipeline metrics and other organizational tasks to Management
- Ensure that the team metrics are in line with the organizational objectives
- Identify problem areas/challenges within Retail & Resto vertical and formulate strategies to overcome them
- Work with the Management team to develop new strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
**What you'll be bringing to the team**:
- Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment, and 1-2 years of coaching experience is a plus.
- Strong desire to be in technology sales leadership, and a strong technical aptitude
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
- Strong understanding of business development best practices
- A love of numbers: you recognize a quantitative approach to making decisions
- A love of coaching: You enjoy helping your team members evolve in their sales career
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic and quota-driven environment
- Fluency in **_French and English_**:
- Ability to multi-task effectively
