**COMPANY**

Documents are relics from the past, no one should spend time dealing with them anymore. Yet, the only reliable connectors available to get data from the physical world (documents) to the digital world (software) are humans.

As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join them.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

As a BDR, you will be responsible for:
Being the first point of contact for new outbound business prospects and determining the next steps for each prospect moving forward

Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos

Executing the outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

Their best salesperson is their product but it will need your empathy and adaptability to gain our users’ trust and prime them so that the whole organisation can capitalise on them.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

You will:

- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Work on Account mapping and strategies to best reach with outbound strategies our targeted prospect
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the sales representatives
- Create outreach strategies for new lead generation methods

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- You will be tech-savvy and passionate about contributing to the impact of tech products into people’s everyday lives
- No need for a computer science degree or a coding trophy, just genuine curiosity will do the trick
- You love working on deals using complex market research and focusing on continuous learning and improvement
- You will have demonstrated an ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day
- You will have empathy for developers or at least can communicate seamlessly with them
- Might you share our values of Ambition, Autonomy, and Team spirit, we’d be all the more in love
- Fluent in business English
