**We're looking for our new Office Administrator (F/M)**
**Requirements**:
Working in our administrative department, your main tasks will be to:
- Inform visitors and Team members by answering or referring inquiries
- Ensure a qualitative reception of customers, employees and service providers and provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Answer the phone and direct requests
- Help manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide administrative support to the Team
- Dealing with the coordination of the Team and other staff requests
- Ensure proper installation of meeting rooms, their storage and the supply of drinks/consumables
- Help with the management of travel and expenses reports for Associates
- Help with the management and organization of events
- Participate in the organization and maintenance of the office areas (follow-up of orders and stocks of consumables, equipment,...) and dealing with external suppliers
- Writing and formatting various documents
**Qualifications**
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work and adapt to change
- International experience is a plus
