Senior Global Product Manager, Cosmetic Ingredients

**Your role**
**Product Portfolio Management**:

- Develop and implement long-term strategy and annual operational plans.
- Monitor and report sales figures, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively drive cosmetic product range growth by staying abreast of market trends and conducting comprehensive market analysis through Global Market Watch, Business Intelligence, and scientific/technological monitoring
- Develop and execute communication strategies, particularly on social medias, to showcase Symrise’s expertise.

**Product Development and Coordination**:

- Lead projects to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
- Address day-to-day portfolio-related requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Raw Material Management, Regulatory, Product Safety, Patent, Production, Planning, Quality Control, and other departments.
- Manage technical projects at various customer sites in collaboration with sales teams and testing laboratories.
- Oversee studies to enhance the value of existing actives.

**Marketing and Communication**:

- Create relevant product information documents such as brochures, presentations, quick sheets, and advertisements in coordination with the marketing team.
- Conduct customer and congress presentations to promote the product range.
- Train sales team on ingredients in the current product portfolio and new actives.Engage in technology scouting for skin actives.
