You'll be at the heart of innovation, tackling projects that shape our future, with the best people possible **Your Role at Echo** We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) for the French market to join our growing EMEA Sales Team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying new opportunities and driving our growth. Given our complex sales cycle, you will be expected to independently lead meetings and represent the company at different events. **As such, your main responsibilities will be to**: - Research & self-generate leads - Conduct initial meetings with prospects to perform in-depth discovery - Clearly explain our products and convert leads into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team - Follow up with prospects and address any outstanding questions - Report insights and provide feedback to the sales and product teams - Continuously improve the sales conversion process (scripts, follow-ups, etc.) - Effectively manage the CRM to maximize sales efficiency - Collaborate consistently with the Account Executive team to manage complex sales cycles - Propose new processes or projects that could benefit Echo **What we’re looking for**: - You have at least 2 years of sales or related business experience (internships included). - You are proactive, resilient, and highly motivated. - You possess strong business acumen and have demonstrated success in building relationships with key decision-makers. - You are eager to advance further in the sales cycle by conducting discovery meetings. - You have experience working in a complex sales cycle environment and can operate autonomously - You are fluent in both French and English **Why us?** - A great diverse and international team based in Paris (30+ nationalities) - Impact and ownership mindset: at Echo we encourage everyone to take ownership of their projects - People first company: without our people we have no business, we have dedicated a People Manifesto to them - A contemporary office space in central Paris with a rooftop to admire the view - Hybrid remote policy - Free coffee, snacks on top of your lunch voucher card (Swile, 10€/ working day) - Healthcare insurance - We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of gender, sexual orientation, origin, disabilities, or any other traits that make you who you are._
