**THE OPPORTUNITY**

In this role, you will support the Go to Market (GTM) team in the operational coordination and execution of trade marketing tools across France. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and distribution of POS materials and Sales Force Boxes, as well as supporting the administrative and budget tracking processes required for flawless field execution.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and an effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across departments. You will be the central support for operational requests and play a key role in ensuring the visibility tools, materials and services reach the field in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities of the role:

- Ensure optimal allocation and distribution of Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Manage Sales Force Boxes across markets, ensuring visibility tools are available and traceable.
- Track and rigorously manage the GTM budget tracker, ensuring no over
- or underspending.
- Monitor commercial Field Force mailboxes to ensure timely and accurate handling of communications.
- Prepare and manage administrative sales documents (e.g. POS, service invoicing).
- Track and support operational execution of trade events.
- Act as point of contact for internal requests and maintain alignment between Sales and Marketing teams.
- Ensure effective internal communication and coordination of activities across stakeholders.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor or Master degree in a commercial or administrative field.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- High sense of ownership, structure and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate across departments.
- Growth mindset, desire to learn and ability to work in a structured way.
- French & English fluency is a must.
