**ABOUT SYMRISE PET FOOD** Part of the Symrise group and global leader in the pet food industry, we have been delivering high-value solutions that improve pet well-being and owner satisfaction for over forty years. - 1500 passionate experts; 1100 dogs and cats - 31 sites worldwide - N°1 in the pet food palatability market Want to know more about Symrise Pet Food? **YOUR ROLE?** Develop business & partnership with Top Pharmaceutical Companion Health companies.** Your main mission will be to develop our Pharmaceutical Companion Animal Health customer and product portfolio offering, focusing on 2 segments (drugs in oral form & nutritional supplements), in accordance to SYMRISE PET FOOD strategy: "Create our pharma business" Reporting to the Symrise Pet Food Global Sales Director, you will build long term relationships and trust with the KA, define long term goals & strategies in line with our company ambitions and coordinated across the different departments at global level, and drive the relevant commercial activities to develop the overall business and profitability. You will have the following main responsibilities: - Directly manage (= Relationship, Strategy, Negotiation Pricing & Commercial conditions ) the top 8 pharmaceuticals, and coordinate globally all other accounts through SYMRISE PET FOOD regional sales teams; - Develop SYMRISE PET FOOD solutions portfolio for the pharmaceutical industry > Collect and analyze customer needs, monitor the market and competition to help developing adapted solutions (products & services) to each segment. Align internal resources and expertise needed to develop the portfolio (regulatory, formulation, production and supply); - Develop the customer portfolio, the sales and margin level > Define the commercial strategy and policy. Implement the sales action plan and monitor related KPIs. Build the pharma sales budget; - Define and implement the SYMRISE PET FOOD roadmap to "Create our pharma business" > Operate in a project management workframe and in close collaboration with the regional teams. Focus on building a SYMRISE PET FOOD “pharma eco-system”..and a core team mindset (regulatory, industrial,); - Report > Follow-up of sales and margins, implement the necessary corrective actions. Build and analyse the monthly reporting and KPIs. Create minutes and update market charts. **WHAT ABOUT YOU?** This function gets high visibility within the Symrise organization, it therefore requires to act as the key person to drive this new segment and to lead/influence business teams. **"The bigger the challenge, the bigger the opportunity for growth"**. - Petfood / Petcare background. Ideally knowledge of Symrise Pet Food products and market or Pharma/Vet experience - Business development oriented - Strong ability to embark others into the change, and build & share a long term strategic vision - Capacity to elevate and build holistic business needs - Network oriented and capacity to connect.
