**Job Description**:
As part of the Sales Eurasia department, for Sales North Europe perimeter, the Key Account Manager has the key responsibilities to:

- Identify, develop, and expand relationships with key personnel on customer side. Identify customer needs and map to Vantiva offering;
- Build a business plan and action plan to achieve revenue and margin objectives;
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts;
- Ensure accurate forecasting is obtained from customer and shared with internal ops;
- Contribute to the elaboration of the 3Y Plan for his/her customers and prospects;
- Organize and drive Quarterly Business Review meetings will all disciplines involved in the business. Get proper feedback from the customers on Vantiva performances;
- Ensure customer needs are accurately captured in bid responses. Ensure we develop a winning strategy in our bid response / tender process;
- Initiate and set up marketing and sales campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department;
- Be in charge of market intelligence and competition integrating the identification and development of new markets. Start benchmarking analysis process together with product management;
- Collaborate closely on market trends / customer needs to ensure a future-proof roadmap;
- Work with Product Management to develop key relationships with Technology partners to identify solutions to collaborate and create compelling solutions which differentiate Vantiva and in line with the 3YP
- Support the organization and participate to customer events and business meetings ;

**Qualifications**:
Profile
- Minimum Master's degree in business administration, marketing or engineering,
- At least 10 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, with strong commercial skills, in the Internet box sector
- Curious about new developments in the industry, knowledge of standard procedures in the telecommunications industry would be a plus,
- Strong customer presentation skills, negotiation skills, perseverance and long term vision,
- Fluent in English, other language preferred.
