Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business growth strategies in the EMS market.
Drive sales for cables, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), system integration, and engineering value-added services.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by leveraging your strong network.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Southwest Europe.
Collaborate with APAC-based manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Work independently in a remote setting, managing business priorities and sales targets effectively.

What We Are Looking For:

5+ years of proven experience in business development & sales in the EMS industry, with a strong client network.
Fluent in English.
Strong understanding of EMS, PCBA, and box-build solutions.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.
