Missions of the Strategic Partnerships Team Lead include :
  1. Leading and executing the sales strategy

    • Close the biggest accounts as an individual contributor.

    • Lead the account management on the biggest partnerships ; with the objective of developing revenue through upsell opportunities.

    • Define the objectives for the team, mentor and help on deal closings (acquisition or upsells) to drive results.

  2. Business unit steering

    • Run performance analysis in order to make decisions (recruitments for instance), you're responsible for your P&L, from revenue to margin generation.

    • Reports performance to the Head of partnerships ; leading quarterly business reviews.

    • Run multiple analysis, including problem solving investigation (root cause) and market sizings.

    • Identity growth levers on the market (expanding the offering ;refining the go-to-market strategy)

  3. Team management

    • Coach and develop a performing team

About you :
  • Fluent level of French, professional level in English

  • Top 5 business / Sciences-Po and IEP or engineering schools

  • Work experience: 2 to 3 years experience in a strategy consulting firm and/or a key strategic position (strategy/partnerships/growth) in a fast growing environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and appetence for business development, you also have strong analytical skills

  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, driven, and organized.

  • Ideally, a first management experience
