The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at INFINIT, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients building strong relationships, understanding their goals, and unlocking opportunities to optimize operations and margins.

You'll work cross-functionally, using data and insight to drive meaningful outcomes, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to long-term growth.

What do we want to achieve together?

  • Serve as the key contact for clients, deeply understanding their goals and challenges.
  • Identify areas to improve sourcing, stock rotation, and margin efficiency.
  • Lead regular check-ins to share updates and gather feedback.
  • Conduct stock audits and ensure accurate documentation with clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Ops to resolve issues and deliver value.
  • Analyze customer data to uncover trends and propose operational strategies.
  • Become a product expert and go-to resource for clients.
  • Monitor KPIs (e.g. churn, satisfaction) and take proactive actions.
  • Own internal resources (docs, FAQs, training materials) for client success.
  • Stay current with industry trends to provide clients with strategic insights

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2C or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM and customer success tools.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); other languages a plus.
  • Automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
