Contract type : CDIWithin the Compensation & Benefits department, your role is to:Implement C&B policies and processes and contribute to improving existing models;Provide daily support to regions, particularly during budget review phases;Develop and enhance the group's benefits offering to retain and engage employees.Reporting to the Global C&B Director, you interact daily with the HR community, as well as management and external partners. You are proactive and comfortable with both operational tasks and project-based work.Main Responsibilities1. Contribute to defining, improving, and deploying C&B policies and processesSupport the budgeting exercise, enhance budgeting tools and variance analysis, and monitor actuals;Prepare, deploy, and oversee the annual salary and bonus review process with local HR through to payroll implementation, ensuring budget compliance;Monitor the Retail reward systems, analyze their effectiveness, and propose improvements;Help ensure consistency and robustness of the Job Model and associated grading; keep it updated; contribute to defining related C&B rules.2. Provide daily support to regionsGuide local HR in consolidating payroll costs and forecasts to establish and monitor their budget while controlling evolution;Prepare packages and recommendations for hires and promotions;Assist with international mobility (package calculation, relocation support, visa supervision if needed).3. Contribute to reward benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair positioningParticipate in country salary and benefit surveys (Hay, Mercer, WTW...) with local HR support;Analyze results and identify priority actions to ensure optimal positioning.4.
