Programme Advisor, Open Enrolment Programmes – Marketing & Recruitment
Full-time – Permanent – Based in Fontainbeau

INSEAD is currently looking to hire a Programme Advisor, Open Enrolment Programmes to join our Marketing & Recruitment Department . This is a full-time and permanent position that will be based at our  Europe Campus in France, Fontainbleau .

The Programme Advisor advises potential clients and leads about the open programmes available through INSEAD's Executive Education. This will involve personally prospecting for sales and following up on individual leads to close the sale. Potential participants and their sponsors are advised normally by telephone, face-to-face, email or other means, helping them to identify their professional development needs and to recommend appropriate programmes. The Programme Advisor also helps in deciding the suitability of applications in order to maximise quantity, quality and diversity of participants. 

Main Accountabilities  

Manage the Open Programme sales process, moving candidates in the sales funnel to application status, for a group of assigned programmes. Ensures enrollment targets are met by following up with Individuals & Corporate clients in his/her assigned opportunity pipeline in the CRM system. 80% of the assigned opportunities are generated by the marketing team. Requires to proactively build, nurture and maintain relationships with these prospective candidates (one-on-one /group meetings, etc). The remaining opportunities are generated through his/her active prospecting -i.e. autonomously and strategically planning and implementing business development activities such as contacting past participants and their sponsors/ HR/ L&D, running online events (e.g. webinar, information sessions, coffee-chats), attending physical networking events on campus, follow up on referral from past participants, business development via LinkedIn, etc on a global scale. Responsible for maintaining a high quality and diversity of participants per session. This implies effective advising and screening of participants where necessary. It is important to also nurture corporate clients for repeat utilization and expansion of their usage of our Open Programmes for developing their talent pool. Plays a key role in the capture of insights on sales activities, market & pipeline via CRM system to support decisions taken by the leadership team for the evolution of Open programme portfolio & content that are in alignment and synergy with market demand. To provide accurate weekly sales forecast to provide strategic revenue outlook for the department and school. To identify programme strengths and weaknesses against market needs or competition and communicating it to the marketing team and recommend possible innovation/corrective marketing actions for marketing spend optimisation.
 

  The ideal candidate should meet the following skills and requirements:

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in customer service and/or sales or telesales Be fluent in English; fluent in other languages will be added advantage Excellent written and oral communication skills Self-driven with a high level of autonomy and a team player simultaneously Have a strong customer service mindset, with ability to develop service-oriented approaches to problem solving and when attending to clients’ requests Communicate with diplomacy and sensitivity to diverse cultural background Familiar with Salesforce or similar tools and Proficient in MS Office
