In a context of a replacement, we are looking for a Team Lead Account Payable to join our Finance Team in Paris
Your next missions :
Manage the Accounts Payable team;
Manage the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and payment execution;
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers;
Support month end financial close process by ensuring timely entry of invoices and follow up with invoice owners so that approvals and procurement holds are resolved prior to deadlines;
Be familiar with and provide procurement support by verifying spend commitments are documented on a purchase order and support internal stakeholders by communicating potential PO issues;
Preparing and documenting accruals and prepaid expenses with the help of the controlling team;
Play a key role in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
Assist in the preparation of the financial statements and audits;
Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts for account payable;
Ensure compliance with company policies;
Lead the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies;
Be the primary internal contact for all accounts payable-related inquiries;
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable department;
Mentor and train team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability;
