About the Role

As a Field Sales for Small & Medium Businesses at sunday, you are pivotal to our company's growth. It all starts with you As Part of an ambitious team, your job is to hunt for new leads and transform Paris’ top restaurants into active and engaged customers The ultimate goal is to put QR codes on the maximum number of tables across the city.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full Sales Cycle with independent & small chain restaurant groups, from first call to contract signing.This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting our solution, negotiating terms and closing deals. Our Customers are Big Mamma, Bao Family, Tigermilk, Bouillon Pigalle, Barrière, Groupe Bertrand (...) but we need more and more
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities in Paris. Use a variety of methods, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers. Understand their needs, address their concerns and ensure a positive experience with our product
  • Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to each prospect. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our solution, addressing specific pain points and demonstrating how it can enhance their operations
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding. Facilitate handovers by providing detailed information about new clients and their specific requirements
  • Gather and relay feedback from clients to the product and tech teams. Provide insights into customer preferences, challenges, and suggestions to help shape the future development of our product
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans. Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the hospitality sector. Continuously improve your sales techniques and knowledge to stay ahead of the competition

About You
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • You are tenacious, talented & thirsty to show people there is a better way to pay & order in restaurants
  • You are customer focused : you don't sign and run. Our product need to work for our customers and have value for the restaurant owner that will recommend our product
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, you can work with a great autonomy
  • You are a team player, you share best practices and your teammates can count on you anytime
  • You’re a highly competitive and results-driven individual : achieving targets is very important for you
  • Good knowledge of the hospitality market is a plus, with a strong passion for food.
