En tant qu'Apprenti(e) Success Customer Manager (ROC) vous jouerez un rôle clé auprès de nos clients en assurant le suivi de leurs comptes et en veillant au respect de nos engagements contractuels. Vous serez le point de contact privilégié de vos clients et garantirez une communication fluide entre les différentes équipes internes. Vos missions incluront :

  • Relation client : Instaurer une relation de partenariat et de confiance avec vos clients.

  • Reporting : Réaliser des reportings réguliers lors des Comités d'Exploitation et des Comités de Pilotage.

  • Suivi de contrat : Assurer un suivi périodique des indicateurs et de la vie du contrat (facturation, respect des SLA, résolution des incidents).

  • Amélioration continue : Mettre en place et suivre des plans d'amélioration continue (PAQ) et proposer de nouveaux services.

  • Rendez-vous client : Organiser des rendez-vous périodiques avec les clients pour présenter des reportings d'activité.

  • Indicateurs contractuels : Proposer et suivre des indicateurs contractuels avec les clients.

  • Résolution de problèmes : Suivre la résolution des sujets techniques de fond et gérer les cellules de crise.

  • Escalades opérationnelles : Mener les escalades opérationnelles.




  • Vous êtes en formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 dans un domaine lié à la gestion de projets, aux relations clients ou à l'informatique.

  • Vous avez un excellent sens de la communication et aimez travailler en équipe.

  • Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), avec une capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en parallèle.
