Mon client, intégrateur et Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP), est un expert des enjeux de cybersécurité.


Filiale d'un grand groupe, l'entreprise accompagne la sécurisation des infrastructures IT & OT de ses clients, de la phase conseil au pilotage automatisé multi-éditeurs de leurs architectures.

Sa force, c'est sa capacité à construire et déployer des environnements intelligents capables d'optimiser leur défense face aux menaces.


Opérant pour la moitié du CAC 40 et du SBF 120, mon client pilote des projets Build/Run d'envergure internationale et dispose d'un Operation Center parisien qui officie en 24x7 et repose sur une équipe d'experts, capables de s'engager sur des SLA clients exigeants.

Mission

Pour accompagner son développement, je recherche pour mon client, un profil Senior Sales Account Manager.

Sous la responsabilité directe du Chief Revenue Officer, vous intégrerez une équipe de 5 collaborateurs.



Votre mission : développer le business chez nos clients et prospects.

Vous serez chargé de faire de l'élevage et de la prospection commerciale, et vos responsabilités seront de :

  • Prospecter, cartographier, développer, fidéliser et consolider un portefeuille de clients existants
  • Écouter, comprendre et valider les besoins de vos interlocuteurs pour être capable de leur proposer des offres sur mesure construites avec l'aide des experts internes
  • Traiter les leads entrants et piloter les rdv de prospection
  • Créer les devis, relancer et suivre les opportunités, négocier et conclure les contrats
  • Piloter la relation du quotidien avec les clients et les partenaires technologiques
  • Réaliser un reporting hebdomadaire de votre activité commerciale et de vos résultats
  • Au quotidien, vous devrez assurer l'augmentation du taux de conversion (up-selling, cross-selling).
  • Vous porterez un objectif de croissance du chiffre d'affaires et de la marge.
Profil

Compétences et connaissances requises

  • Expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
  • Expérience dans l'univers de la cybersécurité indispensable
  • Bonnes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de synthèse
  • Aisance relationnelle
  • Très bon rédactionnel
  • Anglais courant impératif
