International Business Development Director : this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company at the forefront of pharmaceutical innovation while leading a dynamic team and working closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders.

Our client is a globally recognized leader in Life Sciences, operating in over 80 countries with 12 subsidiaries and innovation clusters across 4 continents.

We are recruiting its International Business Development Director , who will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the global business development strategy for the company’s pharmaceutical services.

Group Director Pharmaceuticals, based at the French Corporate Headquarters
Strategic Business Development

Develop and execute the business development strategy to strengthen market presence across affiliates, ensuring alignment with the company’s global, regional, and local objectives.
Provide data-driven insights to marketing teams on quantitative and qualitative performance metrics post-launch.

BAC+5 – Pharmacist, Scientist, or Business School graduate.
Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Development and/or Strategic & Operational Marketing in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
