Nous recherchons activement un Senior Sales Manager F/H , pour le compte de l’un de nos clients, une ESN, leader de l’Ingénierie et du Conseil en Technologies, qui offre des compétences d’ingénieurs informaticiens, capables d’assurer des missions dans la durée et d’offrir une capacité d’adaptation à des problématiques complexes. En tant que Responsable Commercial, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le développement de notre activité en mettant en place des stratégies commerciales efficaces pour stimuler la croissance des ventes et augmenter la part de marché. Vous serez responsable de la gestion d'équipe commerciale, de l'établissement de relations solides avec les clients, de la supervision des activités de prospection, de négociation et de conclusion de contrats. Cela pourrait impliquer la prospection de nouveaux clients, la création de partenariats stratégiques, la participation à des évènements dans le secteur de l’IT, la gestion des appels d'offres.
Vous pourriez également être impliqué dans la négociation de contrats et d'accords commerciaux.
Accompagner l’équipe commerciale et sourcing dans leur montée en compétences via des feuilles de route agiles et constructives.
Élaborer des stratégies de vente : Concevoir des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance prédéfinis. Cela pourrait inclure l'analyse du marché, l'identification des segments cibles, la définition des propositions de valeur et l'élaboration de plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.


Animation, coaching et formation

Former et à encadrer une équipe de commerciaux en les aidant à développer leurs compétences en recrutement, à aligner leurs efforts sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et à soutenir leur croissance professionnelle.
Maintenir un haut niveau de motivation et d'engagement au sein de l'équipe, en organisant des réunions régulières, des formations et des sessions de coaching individuel.
Optimiser les performances individuelles et collectives et favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs de vente fixés par l'entreprise


Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables de ces départements pour aligner les efforts et les ressources en vue de la réussite des projets.
Mettre en place des accords commerciaux et contrats cadres.
