**Amazon Account Manager**

Rattaché(e) au Directeur de la division concernée et en collaboration avec les différents services de l'entreprise (chefs produits, marketing, ADV, logistique), vous participez au développement des ventes des produits du Groupe sur Amazon, en assurant une présence optimisée de son offre.

**Vos principales missions**:

- Référencement des produits : création et management des fiches produits, optimisation de la qualité du catalogue,
- Gestion opérationnelle optimale du compte Amazon (flux de commande, implémentation de nouveaux produits, prix, paramétrages ) et amélioration continue des process,
- Suivi des stocks et des approvisionnements afin de garantir la disponibilité des produits,
- Suivi des exigences spécifiques Amazon afin d'éviter les pénalités,
- Lancement et gestion des campagnes marketing (mise en place d'opérations spéciales, création et animation des shop in shop), pilotage des campagnes Amazon Ads,
- Mise en place, pilotage et optimisation des outils d'acquisition de trafic et rapports statistiques,
- Analyse des résultats des ventes en suivant les KPI et recommandations d'optimisation,
- Veille concurrentielle sur les marketplaces dans l'optique de développements futurs.

**Votre profil**:
Passionné(e) par le digital, tout particulièrement la vente en ligne et les stratégies d'acquisition, vous justifiez d'une première expérience en lien avec Amazon et connaissez son fonctionnement. Vous maitrisez notamment son backoffice (Vendor Central/Seller Central), que vous manipulerez au quotidien.

Un esprit orienté business, un excellent relationnel, le sens du travail en équipe, de la rigueur et de la créativité seront les clefs de votre réussite à ce poste

Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de la gestion des flux type PIM

La pratique de l'anglais est indispensable.
