Notre client est un groupe industriel international.

Rattaché à la DSI France et à la direction des services digitaux, vous interviendrez sur les périmètres suivants :

  • Conception / Evolution du SI
    • Accompagner le programme de transformation de la direction des services digitaux et prendre en charge des projets d'évolution ou de modernisation des SI.
    • Harmonisation et optimisation des processus et des règles de gestion.
    • Bonne intégration fonctionnelle des solutions avec les autres modules du SI.
    • Coordonner les différents acteurs (internes et externes) sur la totalité du cycle de vie des applications.
  • Mise en œuvre des applications
    • Coordonner les activités d'évolution, de maintenance technique et le support utilisateurs.
    • Participer au développement de l'usage des applications, animer et participer aux programmes de formation des utilisateurs, écoute et prise en compte des demandes d'évolutions.
    • Être un support efficace pour les partenaires internes.
    • Animer les comités de suivi, piloter l'avancement des évolutions, le planning et les ressources.
  • Qualité des applications (performances, cohérence, coûts, délais)
    • Coordonner et animer les acteurs intervenant dans le fonctionnement des applications métiers.
    • Animer les sessions de recette applicatives.
    • Être responsable du contrôle des règles de fonctionnement et d'utilisation des applications.
    • Être responsable de la documentation des applications.
  • Gestion du portefeuille de projets :
    • Préparation et participation à l'animation des instances de direction.
    • Préparation et participation à la gestion du portefeuille de projets.
    • dentification des risques liés au portefeuille de projet.
    • Collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes : chefs de projet, directeurs de compétence, experts techniques, autre entités/départements du groupe en France ou à l'international.
  • Méthodologie projet :
    • Contribution à la réflexion autour de la gouvernance et des méthodes de gestion de projet
    • Amélioration des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile et cycle V)
    • Recherche d'outils supportant les process mise en place et déploiement (France et groupe)
    • Accompagnent des chefs de de projet et être le garant de la méthodologie de projet pratiquée (gouvernance, tenue des livrables, suivi des bonnes pratiques, process...)
    • Consolidation du suivi des activités projets et amélioration des tableaux de bord du département PMO (automatisation, passage vers du temps réel...)
    • Elaborer les tableaux de bord (indicateurs de performance, planning, suivi budgétaire...) permettant la prise de décision et l'animation des instances clés de l'organisation
    • Communication de l'activité PMO auprès des collaborateurs

  • Salaire : Entre 50k et 75k selon profil et expérience

Profil recherché

De formation supérieur de niveau Bac+4/+5, vous possédez une expérience significative réussit dans des fonctions similaires.

Vous avez de bonnes aptitudes relationnelles, d'organisation, de méthode et un sens des responsabilités.

Vous possédez un background technique certain.

Autonome et rigoureux, vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités et appréciez le travail en équipe.

Force de proposition et sens du services sont vos atouts.

Vous maitrisez l'anglais écrit et oral.
