Situé au coeur de Paris, l'Hôtel Madame Rêve inscrit le renouveau de l'hôtellerie de luxe. Un hôtel 5 étoiles unique niché au sein de l'immeuble iconique de la Poste du Louvre, imaginé comme un véritable lieu de vie avec 82 chambres et suites, un espace bien-être et 3 espaces de restauration:
- Kitchen by Stéphanie Le Quellec ouvert tout au long de la journée avec son bar magistral et sa terrasse (300 m2). Cuisine méditerranéenne.
- La Plume, restaurant situé au 3ème étage avec un patio entièrement végétalisé et son bar confidentiel avec une vue imprenable sur Paris (500 m2). Cuisine inspirée d'un Japon contemporain.
- Le Rooftop tel un jardin suspendu en plein ciel (1000 m2). Cocktails et restauration légère.
Depuis 30 ans, Laurent Taïeb crée, exploite et anime des lieux de vie sous la forme d'hôtels, de restaurants et de bars.
