**Description du poste**:
Rattaché(e) au service Opérationnel et plus particulièrement au Responsable réseaux succursales, vous animez, encadrez et fédérez une équipe constituée de 5 à 15 personnes ; vous dynamisez les ventes et êtes garant de l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- Servir les clients et répondre à ses besoins ;
- Manager votre équipe par une présence sur le terrain et un dialogue permanent avec chaque salarié de l'équipe ;
- Gérer les stocks et les commandes ;
- Réaliser les inventaires ;
- Tenir la caisse, éditer des résultats journaliers, compter et faire les rapprochements des recettes journalières ;
- Remettre les espèces et chèques ainsi que les transferts de monnaie en banque ;
- Contrôler la bonne tenue du point de vente et appliquant les règles d'hygiène ainsi que des dispositions légales.
**Profil recherché**:
Expérience managériale d'un an minimum.
