INSEAD seeks an Operations and Delivery Support Apprentice to join our (Online Learning & Innovation Team (Executive Education department). This is an apprenticeship position based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France.


About the Job

The role of the apprentice within the team will be to help the Operations and Delivery team with some administrative & operational tasks related to online courses - open online programmes and customized online programmes.


Your Responsibilities

INSEAD Learning course platform

  • Update course platforms content (calendars, dates, live calls dates & time, copyrighted docs etc…).
  • Clean up of some course content tiles and improvements suggestions
  • Proceed to (mass) updates in all the courses when there are wording or structure change
  • WCAG updates depending on the Audit findings & recommendations
  • Update some job aid templates on needs basis
  • Help other team members on a need basis, includes:
  • Help with some of the logistics for new course video recordings (copyrights of the images on the slides for instance)
  • Porting of content from one course platform to another
  • Help with the building/adaptation of the courses in INSEAD Online Learning platform based on a finalised course plan
  • Participate in some tools testing shall the opportunity arise


Requirements

  • Ideally you will start a Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration in September 2024
  • Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international environment
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
  • At ease with Excel, Pack Office, and globally with technology, eager to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Capacity to communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to details while completing tasks
  • Flexibility in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service principles
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Diligence in following processes and procedures
  • Integrity in handling sensitive information and tasks

À propos du poste

Le rôle de l'apprenti sera d'aider l'équipe des Operations et Gestion des Programmes en Ligne avec certaines tâches administratives et opérationnelles liées aux programmes ouverts en ligne et programmes personnalisés en ligne.


Vos responsabilités

Plateforme de cours INSEAD Learning

  • Mettre à jour le contenu des plateformes de cours (calendriers, dates, dates et heures des sessions virtuelles en direct, documents protégés par des droits d'auteur, etc.).
  • Nettoyer certaines rubriques de contenu de cours et proposer des améliorations.
  • Effectuer des mises à jour dans tous les cours en cas de modification de la formulation ou de la structure.
  • Mettre à jour les plateformes de cours selon les résultats des questionnaires de satisfaction et les recommandations concernant le Référentiel Général d’Amélioration de l’Accessibilité (RGAA)
  • Mettre à jour certaines procédures selon les besoins.
  • Aider les autres membres de l'équipe en fonction des besoins, y compris :Aider avec certaines logistiques pour les nouveaux tournages de vidéo de cours (obtention des droits d'auteur des images par exemple).
  • Aider à l’adaptation/transfert des cours sur la plateforme d'apprentissage en ligne INSEAD selon un plan de cours finalisé.
  • Participer à certains tests de technologies d’apprentissage si l'opportunité se présente.


Exigences

  • Idéalement, vous commencerez une License ou un Master en administration des affaires en septembre 2024.
  • Sensible aux différences culturelles et à l'aise pour travailler dans un environnement international multiculturel.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
  • À l'aise avec Excel, le Pack Office, et globalement avec la technologie, désireux(se) d'apprendre de nouvelles technologies.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu'en équipe.
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement avec les membres de l'équipe et les parties prenantes.
  • Capacité à prioriser et à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches.
  • Attention méticuleuse aux détails lors de l'exécution des tâches.
  • Aptitude à gérer des tâches et prendre en charge des responsabilités diverses.
  • Connaissances de base des principes du service client.
  • Fiable et flexible.
  • Diligence dans le suivi des processus et procédures.
  • Intégrité dans la gestion des informations et des tâches sensibles.
